DELE EXAMS

The most prestigious and most widely internationally recognized examinations in Spanish as a Foreign Language are the DELE examinations – ‘Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera’.

They are official degree granted and elaborated by Instituto Cervantes in colaboration with the University of Salamanca.

The DELE examinations have been designed following the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) of the Council of Europe.

The levels of the Diplomas in Spanish are integrated into the CEFR:

Diploma in Spanish Level A1.

Diploma in Spanish Level A2.

Diploma in Spanish Level B1.

Diploma in Spanish Level B2.

Diploma in Spanish Level C1.

Diploma in Spanish Level C2.

CÁMARA DE COMERCIO DE MADRID

Our schools, being centres collaborating with Chamber of Commerce of Madrid offer preparation for those who wish to take the exam of our partner organization in the field of Business Spanish.

In 1978 the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Madrid introduced the Business Spanish certificate at two levels:

 

BASIC CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS SPANISH

Recognises a  level  of language competence which allows to communicate in everyday situations and participate in basic administrative and commercial activities in a company.

 

ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS SPANISH

Indicates a high command of the language and knowledge of the technical jargon used in the business world. It assesses a level of linguistic competence in Spanish within business and company environments in both oral and written expression.

 

DIPLOMA  DE ESPAÑOL DE LOS NEGOCIOS

You can sign up for a course preparing to one of these exams and also take the exam in:

Salamanca – Tía Tula (school collaborating with  the Chamber of Commerce)

Madrid – Inhispania (school collaborating with  the Chamber of Commerce)

Moreover, you can take a Business Spanish course in Alicante, Barcelona, Bilbao, Granada, San Sebastián y Valencia.

OFFICIAL CERTIFICATES FOR PORTUGUESE AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE (PLE)

CAPLE (Centro de Avaliação de Português Língua Estrangeira or Centre for Evaluation of Portuguese as a Foreign Language) is a certificate of proficiency in European Portuguese as a second language developed by the University of Lisbon. The exams take place in May, July, and November. CAPLE exams are offered at 5 levels:

CIPLE – Certificado inicial de português língua estrangeira (Level A2)

DEPLE – Diploma elementar de português língua estrangeira (Level B1)

DIPLE – Diploma intermédio de português língua estrangeira (Level B2)

DAPLE – Diploma avançado de português língua estrangeira (Level C1)

DUPLE – Diploma universitário de português língua estrangeira (Level C2)
