The school we cooperate with in Madrid is located in the very center of the city. The main school is located on a pedestrian street next to Puerta del Sol and close to Gran Via. The most important shopping areas and tourist sights are within reach on foot. The school owns additional classrooms which are situated 10 minutes walking distance from the school headquarters.

Activities and excursions

The school offers you the option to take part in various activities, some of which are free of charge but most of them implies an additional cost (transport fee, museum entrance charge etc.)

The activities can include (examples):

– visits to the city’s most important museums (the Prado Museum, the Reina Sofia Museum)

– visits to contemporary art galleries

– Spanish movie sessions free of charge to our students

– tapas and wine evening in the bars of Madrid

– wide range of dance courses (salsa, tango, sevillanas)

Moreover, the school organizes trips to the neighbouring interesting towns, for example: Toledo, Segovia, El Escorial.

DELE Exam Preparation Course
Duration: 2 or 4 weeks.
There are 2 options:
DELE Preparation 10 (10 classes / week, only DELE exam preparation)
DELE Preparation 30 (10 classes DELE exam preparation + 20 classes general Spanish / week)
The school offers preparatory courses for DELE exams at all 6 levels (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2). There are specific start dates for DELE Preparation Courses.

Spanish Culture Course (5 classes per week)

This course is only available to complement intensive courses of 20 or 30 classes per week. Each class lasts 45 minutes. Schedule from 1.15pm to 2.00pm. It covers various topics of Spanish culture: literature, history, cinema, traditions, art, food etc.

Courses for Spanish language teachers (ELE)

The course is aimed at native Spanish or foreign language teachers with a language level B2 or higher, with or without previous teaching experience who wish to focus on their professional work in teaching Spanish as a foreign language (ELE)

Course duration: 4 weeks (60 hours)

Duration of each class: 45 minutes. Available whole year

Student Apartment

The flats are shared with other international students and located in the city center (average 10-20 min. walking distance to the school). One can choose between a single or a shared room. The flats consist of  3 to 9 rooms and shared areas: bathrooms, kitchen and living room.

Student Residence (summer only)

From July to September there is a possibility of accommodation in a student residence located in the city center (average 15-20 min. walking distance to the school).

You share the residence with international students. Option of single or shared room.

There is laundry service and Wi-Fi Internet access, the bathrooms are shared. You can chose either bed and breakfast or full board.

Home stay

You share the apartment with people living permanently in Madrid. The flats are located in the city center (fifteen to twenty minutes to the school, on foot or by public transport). You have to abide by the rules of your host concerning smoking, visitors, use of the phone etc. Kitchen, bathrooms and washing machine are shared.

Individual apartments

For stays of at least one month, there is a possibility of staying in a private apartment. The apartments consist of 1 to 3 bedrooms and are located in the city center (about 10 min. walking to the school) and suburbs (15-30 min. to the center by public transport). A deposit of one month is required.

General information for accommodation

Additional nights upon request at an extra cost (in Student Apartment: 30 €, in Home Stay: 45 €).

Depending on availability Inhispania reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation for the additional nights. Hostel and Guesthouse – Accommodation only. Breakfast not included.

COURSES 2022

Enrollment fee: 55 €

It includes: registration, course book for entry level, additional materials, welcome pack, activities, personal assistance, unlimited internet access at the school and certificate.

Duration of each class: 45 minutes.

The school will be closed during the official public holidays in Madrid which are published in the school calendar. The school will not refund any money for the missed classes but may offer instead alternative programs during these days. One to One classes will be held on other days.
