Our courses
4 hours daily of Grammar and Practical Conversation (oral and written). With this course, we aim to cover a variety of real-life situations (that a student would face daily) through knowledge of vocabulary, grammatical structures, and established language uses.
The teaching method at Tía Tula is fully interactive, using conversation with students as the foundation of learning. It is ideal for students who want to learn the language while having free time to enjoy the country.
4 hours daily of Grammar and Practical Conversation (oral and written) + 1 hour daily of Conversation in small groups (up to 10 people) tailored to each level. In addition to the Intensive Course, you have a daily conversation class in small groups.
These classes reinforce the skills acquired in the Intensive Course, focusing on practical conversation on various topics: shopping, friends, job interviews, tourism… It is ideal for students who are less confident in using the language outside the classroom.
4 hours daily of Grammar and Practical Conversation (oral and written) + 1 hour daily of Spanish Culture and Civilization. In addition to the Intensive Course, you have a daily class on Spanish Culture and Civilization. This class is a combination of History, Art, Geography, customs, local festivals, popular sayings…
It is an opportunity to discover the true Spanish culture. This course is aimed at students who not only want to learn the language but also understand the Mediterranean culture from its Iberian perspective.
Accommodation
Accommodation is one of the most important parts of your stay. We have a team dedicated exclusively to finding the best host families, so that our students feel at home and make their residence part of their experience and learning.
We also offer the most comfortable and high-quality accommodation alternatives (such as apartments, studios, rooms in shared flats, hotels, and hostels) so that students can choose how they want to live in Salamanca.
No accommodation will be reserved with a start date earlier than one week before the course starts or with an end date later than one week after the course ends.
When selecting accommodation for a student, the school always aims to find the maximum proximity to the school, which is also located in the city center. However, this is not the only requirement considered: we try to choose the option that best suits the student's needs as a whole. Additionally, it's important to note that the available accommodation options at any given time depend on the availability for the chosen period (and this availability decreases the closer the request is made to the start date).
The usual distance between accommodation and the school will be between 10 and 20 minutes walking, no more than 30, and never an accommodation outside the city that makes walking to school unfeasible.
To request a double room – both in a host family and in a shared flat – the student must provide their own companion, who must also be a student at the school.

If a bank holiday falls on a weekday there is no refund nor are missed lessons recuperated. This is the case for the majority of language schools.
