Intensive Spanish Course
Our Intensive Spanish Course in Barcelona offers 20 dynamic classes per week. With an accelerated approach, small groups, and highly qualified native teachers, you’ll immerse yourself in the language and achieve fluency in no time. Semi-Intensive Spanish Course
Learn Spanish in Barcelona with our Semi-Intensive Course! 10 classes per week, with morning or afternoon schedules. Ideal for those with clear goals, limited time, and a basic understanding of Spanish. Maintain flexibility while making significant progress and immerse yourself in the local culture. - START DATES: Every Monday
- CLASS DURATION: 50 minutes
- LEVELS: This course is not suitable for complete beginners starting from scratch. For them, we recommend our Intensive Course or Premium Course.
Premium Spanish Course
Experience an extraordinary linguistic journey with our efficient Premium Spanish Course in Barcelona. Combining group classes with individual lessons, this course offers a comprehensive learning experience. Engaging activities, supportive teachers, and an immersive experience ensure confident and competent communication in Spanish.

- COURSE DURATION: 1-52 weeks
- SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, choose between: 9:00 AM – 12:50 PM or 1:00 PM – 4:50 PM (individual classes are scheduled according to your convenience before or after your group classes).
- START DATES: Every Monday
- CLASS DURATION: 50 minutes
- LEVELS: All levels, from A1 to C2.
Part-Time Spanish Course
Ideal for busy professionals or students. Four group classes of 45 minutes each per week. Emphasis on grammar, vocabulary, and colloquial expressions. Active student participation with flexible scheduling.
- CLASSES PER WEEK: 4 group classes of 45 minutes each (two on Mondays and two on Wednesdays or two on Tuesdays and two on Thursdays)
- SCHEDULE: Monday / Wednesday or Tuesday / Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM or from 8:15 PM to 9:45 PM.
- START DATES: Start any day from Monday to Thursday, depending on your level and our groupings. The next group for beginners will start on September 3rd, with classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- CLASS SIZE: Average of 6 students, maximum of 10.
- COURSE DURATION: 4 to 52 weeks.
- LEVELS: All levels, from A1 to C2.
Accommodation
Shared Flat

Host Family
Discover the authentic warmth of Spanish hospitality with our host families. Immerse yourself in a homely and friendly environment where you can perfect your Spanish and dive into local daily life. Our host families offer a supportive setting that will enhance your language learning experience.
Accommodation is reserved from the Sunday before the course starts until the Saturday after the course ends. Please note that the first week equals 6 nights, and all subsequent weeks consist of 7 nights. Extra nights may be booked subject to availability and an additional fee. A payment of €200 is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid upon arrival, on the first day of classes.
Arrival should be no later than 11 PM on Sunday. A late check-in fee (50€) applies for arrivals after 10 PM.
Check-out must be before 12 PM. A later check-out time may be arranged, subject to consultation and availability. Additional charges may apply; please inquire about this.
A security deposit is required for stays in accommodations organized by AIL Barcelona. The deposit must be paid on the first day at the school. The deposit is necessary to confirm the reservation for stays in student residences. The deposit should be paid on the first day at the school by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or in cash. It will be refunded preferably in the same manner within 7 days of departure, once the room has been properly inspected.
Please note that part or all of the deposit may be withheld if:
- The student has caused damage to furniture or facilities.
- The student has not returned the keys.
- The room is not left clean and tidy.
The student will be charged for the replacement of any items damaged through negligence or misuse. If there is damage and no one is directly responsible, the cost of repairs will be shared among all students staying in the accommodation.

Holidays
AIL Barcelona is closed on public holidays. However, intensive classes are fully made up for the public holiday per week. In the unlikely event that there are two public holidays in the same week, classes will not be made up for the second public holiday. No refunds will be given if the student is unable to attend the make-up classes.
